If you are in the southern hemisphere then I would read about sleeping in the northern hemisphere due to it being opposite for the southern hemisphere. It is advised not to sleep in this direction. This position is known to give a person nightmare make you feel on edge and generally brings out strong negative emotions. ![]() Sleeping Facing North East (Northern Hemisphere) This position can also cause blood pressure problems, sleeplessness and increase of cholesterol because of the magnetic field that is within humans and the world. I never really though on the subject nor do I even have a compass so I have no idea what direction I am even sleeping in.
